The Demand Planning Management project aims to improve demand forecasting and supply chain management using historical data, application enhancements, and dashboards. Three key areas for this project: demand forecasting, app optimization, and Power BI dashboard development. Improvements will be made to forecasting accuracy, the current demand planning app, and the Power BI dashboards to enhance supply chain management and demand planning scenarios
