Minigrip is a plastic bag manufacturing company in Seguin, Texas, they have tasked us with reworking polyethylene powder into a pellet form so that it may be recycled. To achieve this goal, we must develop a process of transforming powder into a solid block or pellet. We must also design and manufacture a machine to melt, extrude and cut the filament into pellets. This process must be as real time as possible and will require very little human interaction.
